Our chefs season your choices with organic herbs from our island garden and the breeze is permeated with these delicious scents. Indulge in a romantic dinner with the sand at your feet or simply savour a superbly prepared meal in magnificent company. Medium Rare serves dinner every night from 7pm to 10.30pm.

The Cellar. Experience the thrill of haute cuisine with an extensive selection of fine wines from prestigious vineyards around the world. It also makes for a very impressive venue as The Cellar is situated two and a half metres below sea level in a candlelit underground chamber created from lava stones. Our sommelier is passionate about sharing the complex nature of viniculture while you sip on one of over 3,000 bottles of wine. The Wine Cellar Dinner is enjoyed as much by beginners as by connoisseurs and on request, private wine tastings can also be arranged.Please make advance reservations for dinner and wine tastings at The Cellar from 7pm to 10.30pm.

Four Corner. All day dining restaurant is an airy indoor-outdoor veranda that allows the ocean breeze to move gently among diners. In addition to a spectacular breakfast buffet to start your day on the island, lunch and dinner feature delicious local specialities and plenty of international options. Our evening buffet is a superb chance to venture into culinary heaven, with Maldivian, Asian and Middle Eastern selections on offer.Enjoy the varied buffet at Four Corners during breakfast from 7am to 10am, lunch from 12 noon to 3pm and dinner from 7pm to 10.30pm.

Salt Water. Find paradise in the vibrant colours reflected on the ocean at Saltwater, our idyllic sunset terrace. Choose an adventurous cocktail or while the evening away with jugs of sangria and tapas. Take in the views as daylight fades to reveal a starry island sky.Saltwater opens at 6pm and Happy Hour is from 9pm to 10pm.

Infiniti. Views to the horizon and the welcoming texture of sand underfoot are hallmarks of Infiniti, our secluded daytime restaurant on the beach. With the pool not far away, this is a great place to savour a delicious sandwich or freshly made salad. Infiniti is open from 10am to 7pm.

Amazon. Our relaxed poolside restaurant is surrounded by the tropical palms that make the main pool such an oasis. Amazon is inspired by the Brazilian zest for life and the Maldivian love of nature. It’s a wonderful place for families to regroup during the day while snacking on oven-baked pizzas and fresh salads, with a variety of mocktails and smoothies to accompany your choice.Amazon is open from 9am to 5.30pm.

Saffron. For an unforgettable Champagne breakfast or authentic Maldivian dinner, Saffron’s extraordinary over-water terrace is the venue of choice. Treat yourself to incredible views over the Indian Ocean and watch manta rays and marine life through the crystal clear water. Diving

With the guidance of our experienced, reassuring PADI 5 star dive team, you can discover the extraordinary marine life around the Haa Alif atoll. Comprehensive and multilingual diving courses in nine languages are offered for all diving levels. Novice divers will enjoy gaining confidence in the shallow depths of our house reef, while more experienced divers and underwater photographers can visit some of our favourite local dive sites further afield. Complimentary snorkelling gear is also available.

The PADI 5 star dive centre is open from 8.30am to 6pm.
